Payment is secured prior to shipping, via credit card. Accepted credit cards (AMEX, Visa Mastercard, Discover)

Shipments are only eligible within the continental US.

Shipments process within 72 hours of valid payment and according to the shipping delivery method requested.

Shipping confirmations will be provided to the email on file and will contain tracking details.

Packing slips will be included with each shipment and will not contain pricing information

Invoices with pricing will be provided after the shipments leaves Domani Home's warehouse

Special requirements will be reviewed on case by case basis and signed off by trade account prior to completions (i.e.- monograming)

Returns are not permitted on custom or personalized items

All returns must be requested within 14 days of shipment and require a return authorization in advance
